Where you agree to purchase a document from NetComposites, only the number of copies of a document purchased from NetComposites becomes the property of the purchaser. The purchaser may dispose of that exact number of copies in any way the purchaser sees fit, but the purchaser may not, make or distribute further copies, create modified versions of the purchased document, or engage in any other acts inconsistent with the principles of copyright protection and fair use.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt. A postage and packaging fee will be added to your order during the checkout process. UK orders will be posted via the Royal Mail's recorded delivery service. Overseas orders will be sent by air mail. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination so please feel free to contact us at sales@netcomposites.com if you would like more details. We aim to deliver all goods within a maximum of 4 weeks after ordering. If your order has not been received within 4 weeks, please contact us.
Many of our publications are drop-shipped directly from the publisher to reduce delivery times. Orders are placed to publishers within two working days of receipt.
Returns and cancellations will be considered on their own merit up to 30 days of receipt. If an item is received damaged or faulty please contact us immediately. We will ask that damaged goods are returned to us and we will send out a replacement. In this case we will refund the postage charges. If you wish to cancel or return your order for any other reason please contact us at sales@netcomposites.com or telephone (+44) 01246 266244 to discuss within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept cancellations/returns for any of our Print on Demand publications. Print on Demand publications are stated within the item description. Due to the nature of the information provided in the Market Reports we offer, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged, in which case we will issue a replacement.
