As an independent, committed and experienced Technical Service Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading strategic growth qualification, test and characterisation programs of our composite products, predominantly in the aerospace industry. With proven team leadership skills, you will also act as a mentor to our junior engineers.

Additionally, you will maintain current business through proactive and scientific problem solving, either as a team member, team leader or individual. Taking a lead role in projects, you’ll help to strengthen our Site Technical Service group, guide customer product selection, report and analyze data, and manage laboratory resources; all within a fast-growing, global, matrix organization.

A confident, positive, action-oriented attitude, with exceptional integrity and work ethics, are prerequisites for this position.

Along with a background in materials or process engineering, you will have a specific interest in composite materials or adhesives and their application in modern aerospace. You’ll also have at least a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, complete with significant leadership skills/experience and, ideally, Six Sigma certification too.
