Responsible for the leadership, management and development of a team of approximately 20 people producing GRP resin transfer mouldings and GRP / Thermoplastic vacuum moulds and mouldings.

You will organise and work closely with your team to ensure efficient production of all products. It is essential that you are technically competent and comfortable providing advice in relation to GRP, Resin Injection, Thermoset and Carbon Fibre processes. With an in depth knowledge of various materials, you will need to be able to understand and produce lay-up specifications as required, including the ability to identify and recommend solutions for any potential issues. You will also be required to interpret technical drawings. Your role may also involve direct contact with clients and suppliers.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
