In this influential role, your project management skills will ensure projects are completed to the exceptional high standards our customers expect.

Through understanding customer’s composite applications needs, , you’ll define and execute  the necessary development plan, using your strong communication skills as you work with people both internally and externally. You’ll also be expected to  analyze experiment results and discuss findings directly with customers.

With a key focus on researching manufacturing solutions for composite structure applications, you’ll lead a number of projects from start to finish, working with highly skilled multifunctional teams to propose solutions to complex engineering problems – always keeping aware of any manufacturing implications.

As well as your background in project management, you’ll have a degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, complete with a strong background in composite structures manufacturing. Ideally, you’ll have worked in an automotive or aerospace production or research & development environment before.
