NetComposites News has fast become the most widely read and accessible industry news, providing a dynamic snapshot of the industry each week.
You can now incorporate NetComposites News intimately into your own web site and intranet, allowing it to be more dynamic, useful and sticky. We offer 2 versions:
- A free service for general composites industry news
- A tailored service, based on a biennial fee
How It Works
The Newsfeed uses JavaScript to pull the news headlines, images and short descriptions directly from the NetComposites site., ensuring that the very latest news is on your site.
When a visitor clicks on a news headline, they are taken to the full news story on the NetComposites site, in a new window, so that they do not leave your site.
For the general (free version), the newsfeed will show all of the current stories at the time.
Specifications
Implementing the newsfeed with its default settings is as simple as one line of code:
<script language="JavaScript" type="text/JavaScript" src="http://www.netcomposites.com/NewsFeeds/NewsFeed.aspx?ID=General"></script>
This pulls the newsfeed content, illustrated, straight into your web page.
We also allow advanced users to customise the newsfeed fonts and style using CSS classes and we can provide more details on these if needed.
Tailored Newsfeed
With a tailored version, we will agree with you which types of stories are shown on your web site, perhaps to remove news about competitors or to focus on a geographical region. This costs just GBP350 (approximately USD$550 or EUR500)
In this case we will send you a unique line of code instead of the generic code detailed here., and please contact us for more information.
